Professional Animal Works is now a single subscription: $49.99 per month (or $499.99 per year) per customer. PAW is fully multi-tenant, so one subscription covers every facility and location you operate, with everything included. Full details are on the licensing page.

The bigger story is why. We went lean on the business model itself. The earlier model put PAW in the middle of your client payments, which meant standing up a duplicate payments account next to the one your existing software already uses, and it meant we took a 10% cut of platform payments to cover it. Simplifying the model let us step out of the payment path entirely, and that is what made removing the fee possible. PAW makes money from software subscriptions, and only from software subscriptions.

So as of this release: no platform fee, no usage fees, no per-session charges, no revenue cuts of any kind. What your facility earns is yours. If you charge your clients for TreatTap sessions, you keep 100% of it.

For facilities that do want client billing handled inside PAW, a Stripe integration path remains available.

Most facilities already run on a management platform they know well, and switching everything at once is a big ask. PAW now connects with your existing pet care software, so you can adopt TreatTap and the parts of PAW you want while keeping your current bookings, billing, and records exactly where they are. Migrate fully whenever you are ready, or never.

This works through integrations with your existing platform's endpoints: PAW pulls booking records from the software you already use and keeps them in sync in your PAW dashboard, so schedules, client details, and TreatTap sessions line up without double entry.
